Meet Our Audiologist and Office team
Dr. Rosario Saad, Clinical Director
Rosario Saad joined our practice in June 2021 as our incoming clinical director.
She has been a clinical audiologist for 18 years throughout metro Philadelphia, PA and Ft. Worth, TX, specializing in adult diagnostics, hearing aids and vestibular disorders within ENT and private practice.
Dr. Saad graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Audiology from the College of New Jersey and completed her Doctorate of Audiology in 2006 from the University of Florida.
Dr. Saad is a third generation hearing healthcare provider that has a patient centered approach to her services. Her primary desire is to provide her patients with a better quality of life through improved hearing and communication.
When Dr. Saad isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the shore and trying new recipes.
Elizabeth Kennedy, Ph. D. CCC-A, FAAA
NJ Audiology License 096, NJ Hearing Aid Dispenser License MG 00408, Supervising Licensee
Elizabeth Kennedy is our Founder and current Clinical Director. She has worked with individuals with hearing loss for over 25 years. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings. Her areas of expertise include diagnostic and rehabilitation, with a special interest in hearing aids.
Dr. Kennedy has also had over 17 years of experience teaching graduate level courses as Associate Professor of Audiology at Temple University prior to entering the private sector. She earned her Doctorate in Hearing Science at City University of New York. Dr. Kennedy is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Melissa Dwornick, HIS
Melissa Dwornick joined Associates in Hearing HealthCare in the summer of 2003 as a patient care coordinator. She has been involved in many aspects of the practice over the years and in the fall of 2011 entered the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Burlington County College. She graduated in the fall of 2014 and is now working full time as a hearing aid dispenser.
Ms. Dwornick enjoys working with both children and adults and is very interested in assistive technology. She is frequently invited to community groups and health fairs to speak about the signs, prevention and treatment options of hearing loss as well as hearing aids and assistive technology.
Taylor Chesnet, AuD
Taylor Chesnet joined Associates in Hearing Healthcare in 2020 as a fourth year extern. Prior to joining the practice, she worked in a variety of settings throughout Pennsylvania including private practices, university clinics, and ENT offices. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in speech, language, and hearing sciences at the University of Connecticut and will receive her Doctorate of Audiology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania in May 2021.
Taylor’s primary interests include diagnostics, hearing aids, and cochlear implants for the adult and the elderly population. She loves having the opportunity to make a positive impact on her patient’s lives through better hearing. When Taylor is not working, you can find her reading, fishing, or hiking with her two dogs. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her family.
Christina Keyser, AuD
Christina received her Doctor of Audiology degree in May 2021 from Northeast Ohio Audiology Consortium (NOAC). She completed her undergraduate degree at West Chester University of Pennsylvania receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2016. Christina completed her externship at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation in Edison, NJ. During her externship, she worked with both adults and pediatrics providing a variety of hearing healthcare services. She particularly enjoys completing audiologic evaluations and providing hearing aid services. Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and reading.
Jon Ayes joined Associates in Hearing HealthCare in July of 2014 as Director of Operations. He became practice owner in November 2018. Jon brings 25 years of experience in managing health care practices in a manner that enhances patient experiences. When not working, Jon enjoys family time and a good golf game.
Jennifer joined Associates in Hearing Healthcare upon moving to New Jersey in November 2004, beginning as a Patient Care Coordinator and eventually moving into her current position as Director of Operations. Jennifer has expanded her skills from answering phones and scheduling patients to working with the Practice Owner on programs to enhance our patient’s care and experience. When she is not working, Jennifer can usually be found in her kitchen working on her aspiration to be the next Ina Garten.
Practice Development Representative
Nicole joined Associates In Hearing HealthCare in December of 2015 as a patient care coordinator. In 2017 she advanced to Practice Development Representative. Her primary responsibility is to raise awareness about hearing healthcare to local physicians, healthcare providers and the community through outreach and health fairs. Her free time is spent with her husband jumping from field to field watching their son’s baseball and daughter softball games.
Patient Outreach Specialist
Leslie joined Associates In Hearing HealthCare in July 2010 as a Patient Care Coordinator. In December 2018 she became the Practice Outreach Representative, Her primary responsibility is to follow up with are our patients, ensuring that the services they receive are optimal. Leslie is known world-wide for her glorious nails and wonderful laugh.
Patient Care Coordinator
Desiree joined the practice in November of 2017 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She particularly enjoys the patient interaction and sense of helping people that her position provides. Desiree spends time in both the Barrington and Marlton offices and is more than happy to help find a convenient date and time for your appointment.
Alexandra Mays Ford
Patient Care Coordinator
Alex joined the practice in the Fall of 2019 as a Patient Care Coordinator. When she is not in the office, she also performs for American Historical Theatre and Historic Philadelphia as a First-Person Interpreter portraying Ona Judge and Rosa Parks. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter and friends and family.
Patient Care Coordinator
Miysa joined the practice in Fall of 2020 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She is devoted to providing patients with top care alongside her dynamic team. In her free time she most enjoys trying to tackle her newest hula hoop trick and never leaves home without her hoop!
